We are currently searching for a dynamic individual to become the Clinical Supervisor for our location. Responsible to assists in coordinating and monitoring patient activities while overseeing the operations of the assigned unit during the assigned shift by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides clinical supervision and oversight of units and services assigned.-
Acts as back-up to director during periods of absence.

Assists with program and policy planning, development, and implementation as assigned.

Acts as liaison to outside entities that contact CTP, Inc.

Closely coordinates with director, assuring consistency of operations from one shift to the next.

Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

Reviews and forwards timecards; leave requests; and other payroll related documentation as required.

Responsible for the assessment of all clients to determine the appropriate level of care.

Seeks assistance in areas that do not fall within own area of expertise.

Prepares reports and follow-up on all incidents, including work related injury/illness.

Maintains an active caseload of clients, if applicable.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist director with overall supervision of unit(s).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or other human services related field.
Master’s degree or professional licensing is preferred.
Experience:
Four or more years of administrative and supervisory experience, including experience in various levels of unit and company management.
Required:
Current CAS Certification

Valid driver's license and insurability.
