Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join Crossrope as a Fulfillment Specialist! This role will be responsible for various warehouse operations including organizing, labeling, and tracking all aspects of order fulfillment. You will maintain inventory and order in the warehouse, report relevant data for inventory tracking reports, and execute the reverse logistics process.

The ideal candidate for this role has a significant understanding of warehouse procedures, and the energy to process orders quickly and efficiently while following all safety and quality standards. With your attention to detail and ability to strive for continuous improvement, you will be able to provide an excellent customer experience and help Crossrope grow!

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare and sort orders by printing packing slips, shipping labels, and pick lists
• Fulfill orders by gathering merchandise, pairing it with the proper packing slips, and preparing the package for delivery
  
• Return authorization management and logistics processing of return shipments from customers to warehouse; including reconciling claims, invoice discrepancies, inventory variance, and product disposition
  
• Maintain and organize supplies in the packing stations, including performing weekly inventory counts and shipping supply refill orders
• Manage warehouse organization and maintenance (sweep floors, empty cardboard/trash, etc.)
• Strive for continuous improvement and contribute to departmental process efficiencies, high impact projects, and new ideas
• Ability to work weekends and holidays if necessary
• Other duties as assigned

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse/fulfillment experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Technical proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
• Strong attention to detail
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Customer service experience is a plus
