Our next Product Manager will join a team that’s developing a family of mobile and web consumer and enterprise applications – driving toward app integration while evolving the underlying data platform.
We’re looking for someone with experience as a cross-functional leader, integrating and coordinating functions like engineering, design, research, and data science in the context of business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Be a Product leader within the organization
- Work closely with users and key enterprise partners to understand their needs and priorities
- Partner closely with Engineering, Research, Design, other Product leaders, and senior stakeholders to synthesize business requirements and vision into features, functional requirements, and a living backlog
- Lead product discovery efforts for your problem area. Integrate app usage metrics and external/market research to identify opportunities and drivers of value. Then champion this viewpoint across the organization.
- Document and communicate new product hypotheses with accompanying concepts, prototypes, and use cases
- Drive the product roadmap and define and monitor KPI/success metrics for products and features
- Coordinate with other Product Managers to identify dependencies and ensure roadmap alignment on cross-Product initiatives
- Strategically communicate updates, learnings, risks, opportunities, and decision points to align senior leadership and stakeholders on ongoing work. Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a product manager utilizing an agile development process on a SaaS platform
- Desire to work with clients and prospects to understand their business problems and translate them into product requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Strong judgment and analytical skills, including the ability to understand business requirements, integrate qualitative and quantitative metrics, and reconcile short-term needs with long-term strategic goals
- Strong personal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to develop solutions
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, growth company environment
Extras
- Experience with data science or data engineering pipelines, especially in the context of graph/network analysis
- Experience with adtech/martech or civic/political tech
- Experience in profile-based systems, especially related to audience segmentation and analysis
- Knowledge of insights/analytics, SaaS, and/or data product offerings
- Previous startup experience
