Crowe LLP is a Top 10 Public Accounting and Consulting firm. Our New York office is seeking a temp to provide support for various tasks on a temporary basis starting in January.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office services responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Support office administration including facilitating vendor on-site arrangements and facility repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with typing, light editing and formatting of documents and data entry.
- Distribute/process incoming and outgoing mail and packages using U.S.P.S., FedEx, certifieds and courier services.
- Support scanning, photocopying, binding and assembly of documents.
- Maintain common areas as well as workspaces, conference rooms and equipment including inventory, stocking and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with other office support and activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials with minimum major and cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with user knowledge of multi-functional devices to include copy, scan and fax features. Ability to learn other office technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, work independently and follow instructions, proactively ask questions for clarification, and operate with a sense of urgency.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, professional presence and exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem solving, time management and spoken and written communication skills.
- High energy level with ability to effectively prioritize and support projects with focus on quality, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to be agile in daily work routine, and demonstrate openness to new challenges, opportunities and continuous learning while easily adapting to change.
Requirements:
- Able to work up to 25 hours a week in the office, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
- Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds with extensive walking, standing and bending involved.
