Job Description:
Product Line Manager
Crowe is seeking an engaging Product Line Manager to be responsible for delighting customers with a suite of impactful products in the Healthcare industry. This position focuses on our offerings, and related products, serving hospital CFOs and their jobs-to-be-done. You will seek market and customer feedback and collaborate with business stakeholders, technologists, and marketing to define product, pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies to exceed goals for the suite of products in our offerings. You are a critical advocate for your products and its impact with customers and a key leader in prioritizing our technology investments.
Responsibilities:
- Determine, understand, harmonize, and share customer needs
- Act as the “messenger of the market” from the outside-in to the rest of the organization
- Provide insights to Stakeholders regarding our products and the market
- Convert the business strategy into a product line strategy and vision
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to prepare a product roadmap that illustrates product vision and is responsive to changing market conditions
- Develop and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your products
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, development, and support
- Collaborate with other Stakeholders such as product marketing on the creation of positioning for your products
- Determine and/or assess product pricing in conjunction with market research, customer interviews, firm leadership
- Create user stories, features, and epics for current and future products based on the market opportunities and addressing customer problems
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and collaborating with Product Owners and Business Analysts to complete written specifications for the product engineering team
- Manage the entire product life cycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideas
- Drive buy-build-partner analysis, and where necessary, review potential acquisitions or partner relationships for the product
- Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement
- Keep a finger on the pulse of our competition and develop strategies and tactics to reduce the threat
- Own, assess, and measure the value of the product increments delivered
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and product usage telemetry
- Supervise all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to scale
- Communicate value of product to customers and stakeholders, performing demonstrations and/or collaborating with sales engineers

- Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large, senior groups.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field, MBA preferred
- 10 years of marketing, development, sales, or product management experience
- 5 year working in or serving the healthcare industry, in particular the finance function
- Experience with design thinking techniques and working with Scrum Teams in an Agile environment
- Platform product management experience
- Product Management certification a plus
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and reporting
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tools, Azure dev ops a plus
- Experience with SaaS pricing
- This position requires a minimum of 10% travel
