Job Description:
Operations Analyst within the Crowe Healthcare Consulting practice. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic business environment. He/She should be a problem solver who can work with internal stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to understand project goals and objectives and determine the best approach for task completion. The ability to work independently, an analytical mindset and a solutions focus are critical, along with strength in working with numbers. The Operations Analyst may be asked to perform other duties as needs arise, including project or resource coordination.
Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience working in professional services
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem solving environment
* Proven data-driven mindset and ability to turn information into clear recommendations
* Must be great with numbers and Excel - accounting or financial background a plus
* Previous exposure to general project management concepts, including project budget tracking
* Previous experience working with professional services contracts, statements of work, or engagement letters is a plus
* Must have a solid reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, partners, etc.
* Highly organized with excellent work management and time management skills
* Acute attention to detail
* Self-starter
