Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its International Trade practice group in the Washington, D.C. office.


Qualifications


Candidates must have 5 – 6 years of substantive experience in customs and import law. Experience handling forced labor, audits, investigations, penalty proceedings, disclosures, valuation, classification and origin matters is required. Candidates should have experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates. U.S. Court of International Trade experience is preferred.

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the DC State Bar, or eligible to waive in.
