Crownpeak is seeking a EMEA Partner Account Manager. Channel, sales and strategy experience is a must. This channel management role will work with Agencies, Systems Integrators and other digital experience development companies.
What will you do:
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding Crownpeak channel partnerships and executing the Crownpeak channel strategy. You will be familiar with the content management and digital experience space, be a motivated contributor, and be responsible for partner enablement, pipeline management, training, and presentation of Crownpeak's solutions to partners. Travel will be required across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of partner onboarding and enablement strategy at the field level
- Establish productive and profitable working relationships with partners
- Directly manage partner relations with key Agencies, Systems Integrators, Consultancies and ISV partners
- Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities
- Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation
- Execute against individualized business plans to improve sales and profitability
- Work with Crownpeak’s development, marketing, customer success and services teams to achieve bookings goals
- Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage business activities
- Work with partners in pipeline review and management activities
- Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs
- Organize periodic partner meetings
- Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the SaaS Martech industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Partner accounts
- Experience building partner program, strong relationships with medium SI’s and/or digital agencies
- Experience working directly at an agency is preferred
