The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Provide executive administrative support to the Global Rep Team Leader and the Global Representatives and coordinates and prepares all event resources, including mailings.
- Keep the MOVES Management tool and CRM current while working with the Global Reps. This includes tracking activities and results.
- Responsible for training the Global Reps in the various aspects of operations, software systems, forms, and other assigned tasks and policies.
- Manage the Global Mid-Level database and provide reports and personalized "Thank you" calls, notes, and touches.
- Maintain the global caseload/portfolio records in the CRM database for the Global Representative Team.
- Review all giving reports daily to confirm proper coding of donations; gather information and communicate appropriate action points to Global Representative Team Leader, Donation Services, and other ministry representatives. Track and ensure completion of any action points.
- Prepare regular activity and income progress reports as determined by the Global Advancement Director and the Global Major Gift Director.
- Process and ensures correct designation coding for all donations to Global Strategies received. Provides appropriate information to the Global Advancement Director of Operations, confirming donations reach the correct ministry priority.
- Work with each of the Global VP team liaisons to coordinate report and proposal information that supports development fundraising resource needs.
- Manage the projects and procures the content for the resource creation process of proposals and reports. Works with the Major Gift Director to write and edit proposals and reports. Periodically will assign specific projects to specialized contracted writers.
- Assist with preparation and submission of proposals and reports to Foundations and Trusts as needed. This includes unique international reporting requirements.
Required Experience:
- Associate degree preferred and or 3-5 years experience
