Hello!! Thanks for taking the time to apply and be considered as a Baker / Crew Member candidate in working with us at Crumbl Cookies in Edgewater, CO! We are looking for vibrant, positive people who will be part of an experience in bringing the world’s best cookies to our community.

Salary: $11.00/hour Tips (Employees average between $13-$17/hr)

Additional Comp: Individual and Team Incentives for those employees who go above and beyond.

** Ideal Morning Hours: Time slots available during the periods.

- Morning's: between 4:00am start time - 3:00pm afternoon.

Key Points:

Main duties include standing for long durations of time, mixing dough, making icings/frostings, baking and decorating a lot of cookies, keeping the store clean, interacting with customers and taking orders, and oh, did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies?! Our weekly rotating menu provides an exciting way to test your artistic skills on dressing cookies, preparing orders quickly and creating a fun environment for you and your fellow Crew Members!

We will train the right person who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way and wants to be part of our successful team as a Crew Member.

Successful Candidates Will:

• Always provide a world class positive customer experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Have an adaptable work style to under pressure situations.
• Respond positively and effectively to feedback from management, but more importantly our customers.
• Be comfortable standing for the entirety of your shift. Paid breaks are given throughout the entirety of your shift in which down time isn't always promised but finding time for a break between duties is manageable.

Position Specific Requirements:

• Measuring/combining ingredients, using standing mixers, large double door ovens and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Decorating and displaying finished product in a quick, concentrated manner.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payments.
• Communicates inventory, production levels and delivery orders to shift leads/management.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations to set up next shifts for success. This is a key requirement to keep up with corporate quality checks along with manager/owner expectations.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM-10:00PM

- Friday- Saturday: 8:00AM-12:00AM

• CLOSED SUNDAYS

Staff/Employee Hours:

*** We are looking for Morning bakers that are eager to help keep the store prepped and established during the weekend and for the next weeks flavors. We try to be as flexible as possible to help you enjoy working with us.

Time off: Flexible in accordance with scheduling in advance.

About Crumbl Cookies

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
