Vendor Relations Specialist

The Vendor Relations Specialist will be the main point of contact for Crumbl vendors and the liaison between those vendors and corporate.

This is a full-time, on-site position that will be located at our corporate headquarters in Orem, UT.

Responsibilities:

• Manage/own the communication and relationship management for external vendors.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve vendor issues during the franchise onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
• Develop vendor relationship management strategies, working to reduce costs and improve communication.
• Oversee negotiation of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA), optimizing the value in service from vendors.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as onboarding, construction/buildout, support, procurement, compliance, risk, legal, and supply chain in establishing contractual agreements.
• Manage cross-team communications, providing excellent service to internal customers.
• Monitor vendor performance and measure for quality of products and services delivered, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of vendor management experience
• Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Great communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Jump-start your own projects
• Ability to succeed in a role without being micromanaged
• Negotiating skills
• Comfortable having tough conversations
