What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Crumbl Cookies?
Assist the warehouse Manager and warehouse team in upholding company safety and working policies while ensuring on the floor daily practices and deadlines are being met with or without manager being present.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily order processing with team members and ensuring on-time order completion
- Safety and cleanliness audits of working areas and warehouse storage locations
- Monitor and assist in handling order problems/questions
- Lead daily agenda and workflow in fulfillment/warehouse based off direction from Manager
- Monitor and approve inventory counts, movements, adjustments, ect
Other Duties
May be required to run forklift or hand jack to assist in receiving/shipping of goods. Possibility of creating orders for pickup or drop offs for Corp/FP’s
Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Minimum of 3 years warehouse/distribution experience
- WMS,RF Scanner,Inventory management, basic warehouse operation experience
- Minimum 2 years operating forklift both standard sit down and stand up reach truck
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Greenbelt 5S certification a plus
- Experience in Google suite
- NetSuite WMS knowledge preferred but not required
Working Conditions
May be required to work in extreme weather conditions both hot and cold while doing heavy lifting repeatedly or sitting for long periods of time.
Overtime is required as needed
Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to stand, crouch, kneel and handle 50 pounds daily
Must have good awareness of surroundings as lift trucks will be in operation daily
