We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our Opening AM Bakers here at our Menomonee Falls/Germantown, WI location.
This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate will have early morning (6AM) and Saturday availability. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn
- Be able to read through and follow recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18 ) to make cookies
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to start at 6AM
- Must be able to work until 12PM
- Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (**Not Funded by Crumble-$9.99 Cost**)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
