We are looking for a full-time Electrical Engineer, EIT, in our Anchorage office to be an integral part of the success of our company. Designing, implementing, and supporting of electrical systems and tools.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing electrical systems
- Scheduling electrical construction and maintenance projects
- Reviewing electrical engineering plans, specifications, and reports
- Conducting tests and inspections of electrical systems and equipment
- Collaborating with engineers and technicians
- Providing electrical engineering support to the assigned projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT preferred
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or graduating in the next three months
- EIT Certification preferred.
- One (or more) years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Physically able to travel and conduct field studies.
- Ability to traverse various terrains including rough terrain.
