WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
In addition to the fulfilling nature of this role, Crystal Springs Inc. offers competitive pay with an expected pay for this position ranging from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience and education. We also provide enhanced pay in the form of Retention Pay, which is an additional $1.50 per hour. This Retention Pay is available through June 30, 2024, and is contingent upon continued funding.

ARE YOU THE AIDE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must have at least one year of experience / specific skills in working with developmentally disabled individuals in a Habilitation/vocational setting.
- Valid Drivers license for 6 months with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass van driving in-service
AVERAGE DAY AS A DAY PROGRAM CAREGIVER
In the role of a Day Program Caregiver, you have the opportunity to provide exceptional care, skilled teaching, and support to individuals with disabilities. Your main responsibilities include transporting individuals to and from home, medical, dental, and psychiatric appointments, as well as accompanying and supporting them during leisure activities. Additionally, you play an important role in crisis assessment and prevention, and provide intervention when necessary, following the trained Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) protocols. As part of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, you also have the opportunity to attend pool and gym sessions with the individuals you support.
YOUR SCHEDULE
20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
