Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified, dedicated, compassionate and experienced individual to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in home healthcare. Day-to-day duties of this role include getting them up and ready for the day, bathing, emptying urinal, making sure the client is fed, reassuring that the client vitals are in good status, and just allowing the client to grow and be at their best at those potentially vulnerable stages or areas in their life. 

Eligible shifts:

M, W, F: 9-12 

T, Th, Sat: 9-12

Sat, Sun: 9-1:30

**Other assignments also open for part-time hours**

Hours available for each location vary according to each client, Welcome flexibility!

Benefits:

Pay $15-17/hr.

1 year experience

PCA/HHA training or CNA certification

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, bowel & bladder care, dressing and feeding

Assist clients with ambulation and help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)

Plan and prepare small meals and/or snacks

Assist client with shopping needs or accompany them whilst doing so

Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in the event of an emergency

Offer any additional activities that are essential for daily living 

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with flexible capability to perform job-related duties

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Prior experience in a healthcare facility, hospitality, or in-home care environment

Willingness to re-enforce health and safety standards
