We are looking for a Sales Representative for our Twin Falls, ID territory. This person would be responsible for calling on accounts and growing sales for our various beverage brands in your assigned territory. This route primarily consists of On-Premise accounts and Major Chain Off-premise accounts. Daily travel to Twin Falls and the surrounding communities in Twin Falls County would be required. A reliable vehicle is required. This position will receive a monthly auto allowance for travel expenses.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for building positive business relationships with retailer, supplier partners and internal personnel to grow market share in assigned territory.
- Responsible for assigned retail accounts on regular call frequency to sell volume, new distribution, management of shelf space, pricing, point of sale and merchandising.
- Present sales presentations to assigned accounts using sales data, brand sales sheets and retailer ad/display planners.
- Responsible for maintaining high levels of quality assurance standards for all products by properly maintaining inventory levels and rotation of product on the shelf, cooler and back stock areas of assigned accounts.
- Introduction of new brands/packages to increase space for CSB products.
- Responsible for developing daily/weekly pre-plans and follow up with daily/weekly successes to your assigned District Manager to attain pre-set budget and market execution goals.
- Attend both District Team meetings and Sales Team meetings as scheduled.
- Responsible for any other task that is assigned by the District Manager or Director of Sales to assist you with your growth plan.
- Within 1 year of hire be Cicerone Beer Server Certified and complete Gallo Gateway training.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 21 years or older and have valid driver’s license with less than 4 points on your Motor Vehicle Record (a copy will need to be provided)
- Must pass physical aptitude test, drug test, and background check prior to employment.
- High School Diploma or GED certificate. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum (1) year sales experience or (2) years merchandising in beverage industry preferred.
- Prior Bar, Brewery, or Winery experience is a plus
- Self-Motivated and high energy level to be able to handle a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to set priorities, highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Possess high customer service skills and ability to work with others in a positive manner to resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift products up to 160lbs (i.e. keg) and possible repetitive lifting moving back stock, building displays and hanging of point of sale.
- Ability to work in a team environment, have strong communication/interpersonal skills, have a positive team player attitude and be coach-able.
- Be willing to work flexible hours if needed to include nights, weekends and sometimes during holidays.
