What You'll Do
- You will report to the Regional Director of Solution Delivery to contribute towards the use of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems and transforming their operational and business processes
- You will gather technical requirements and perform technical gap analyses
- Assist customers in refining and communicating customer requirements for enhancements and issue resolution
- You will partner with the customer to obtain customer reference data and track the completeness of customer reference data, following up with the relevant party to ensure the pending reference data is received
- You will support data migration
- You will track business processes, document important requirements, details, and solutions, and communicate status to internal and client teams
- You will resolve reference data escalation issues with the relevant parties
You should have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English in a business environment
- 5 years of experience as a business or software consultant in the telecommunications domain
- Experience with an integrated BSS solution and several products within the portfolio
- Experience with customer engagements and project management responsibilities
