CSG is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in our Chicago headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Engagement Management
- Actively monitor existing CSG projects’ progress and financial performance
- Maintain MS Project schedules for each assigned CSG project
- Maintain regular communication with CSG Project Managers for assigned projects
- Coordinate weekly with CSG Workforce on resource management and assignments
- Create and present reports or presentations as requested by the Manager
- Identify project or financial risks and escalate concerns as needed
- Attend meetings, create meeting minutes, and provide notes to team members
- Maintain confidentiality
- Business Development
- Review state agency Requests for Proposals (RFP) to identify cost-related requirements
- Develop internal plans to ensure all requirements in response to RFPs are accounted for
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in MS Project reflecting work required in RFP
- Develop cost estimates for RFPs based on WBS and MS Excel-based models
- Develop supporting work plan and cost response materials in MS Visio and MS Excel
- General
- Possess strong organizational skills to track information, workflows, and deadlines
- Navigate conflicting priorities through effective planning and time management
- Communicate frequently and proactively with team members
