Operations Analyst

CSG is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in our Chicago headquarters. 

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management
• Actively monitor existing CSG projects’ progress and financial performance
• Maintain MS Project schedules for each assigned CSG project
• Maintain regular communication with CSG Project Managers for assigned projects
• Coordinate weekly with CSG Workforce on resource management and assignments
• Create and present reports or presentations as requested by the Manager
• Identify project or financial risks and escalate concerns as needed
• Attend meetings, create meeting minutes, and provide notes to team members
• Maintain confidentiality
• Business Development
• Review state agency Requests for Proposals (RFP) to identify cost-related requirements
• Develop internal plans to ensure all requirements in response to RFPs are accounted for
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in MS Project reflecting work required in RFP
• Develop cost estimates for RFPs based on WBS and MS Excel-based models
• Develop supporting work plan and cost response materials in MS Visio and MS Excel
• General
• Possess strong organizational skills to track information, workflows, and deadlines
• Navigate conflicting priorities through effective planning and time management
• Communicate frequently and proactively with team members
