BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

We are actively seeking an intermediate level candidates for a Bank Customer Service Representative for one of the largest and oldest Investment Management Corporation in the World.

Note: Remote opportunity, all candidates must be local to Wilmington, DE

Details:

  • Location: Remote opportunity, all candidates must be local to Wilmington, DE.
  • Duration: Temp to Perm Opportunity
  • Salary: 20.00 p/h

Job Summary:

  • Work closely with a small to medium size team performing transactional duties and develop new methodologies for due diligence and operational risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the technical expert for complex transactions and processes on a daily basis and provides work direction for the team.
  • Independently assists clients by responding to complex phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
  • Responds to client questions on client product features and provides technical assistance for the most complex issues that have been escalated by junior team members.
  • Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues.
  • Assists in identifying trends in client issues and proposing solutions.
  • Provides status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS:

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Must be able to work remote (equipment will be provided)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office knowledge

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $20.00 per hour
