The After-Hours Maintenance Technician (AMT) will be a reliable, trustworthy person who lives onsite (the company pays 75% of rent), to respond to emergencies. The selected applicant must be able to think quickly and remain calm under pressure. To communicate effectively, the AMT position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to talk with co-op members seeking their assistance
