What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Production Supervisor position at CSL Plasma?
Creative Dining Services at Northwood University is looking for a Full-Time PM Production Supervisor.
As the cook works within the Dining Services Department to ensure that high-quality, properly seasoned, nutritious food is being provided throughout the operation, in a fiscally responsible and safe manner. Works cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Expected Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 3pm – 12pm.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Supervising kitchen staff
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and its maintenance needs
- Ensure that taste and temperature of all items leaving the kitchen meets or exceeds standards
- Record keeping of temperature logs, production sheets and recipes
- Time food production such that all food is ready at the time of service
- Utilize safe food handling techniques at all times
- Performs all other duties as required.
- Supervisors must not only enforce rules but also be an example by following those same rules
- Effective communication with all levels of food service staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 2 years food service experience
- College Degree and Management experience preferred
- ServSafe Certification
