Overview:
Our client, a major healthcare insurance organization, is looking for a Lead Middleware Engineer for a 3-6-month long contract role. This role has the potential to convert to a full-time employment opportunity. You will be leading a team of engineers and be part of middleware modernization journey.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and scale middle tier infrastructure and applications
- Partner with Architects, Developers, Project Managers and other engineers to implement middleware solutions and support Business requirements
- Contribute to key technical directions and strategic decision discussions for Middleware solutions
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
- Utilize best practices and provide recommendations to improve application and system performance
- BAU support including incident and change management.
- On- call support
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training
- 8 years of experience with Middleware Technologies
- Strong experience in at least 3 or more above mentioned technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and comfortable to provide direction and speak up to give opinion
- Expert knowledge in MuleSoft AnyPoint or BizTalk or any other ESB
- Good Knowledge in API Management technologies
- Should have experience with SSO, SAML and OAuth2
- Should be well versed with OCP/Containerization technologies
- Any Cloud experience would be plus
