What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Supervisor position at CSS?
CSS is seeking a full time Property Supervisor in Van Horn, Texas.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience leading teams inspecting and performing light repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, floors, doors, windows, and carpentry
- Experience in general property maintenance including power washing, hedge and tree trimming, fence repair, and minor concrete or asphalt repair
- Evaluating whether to tackle work in-house or contract out
- Designated Supervisor for all Supplier employees
