What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Agent position at CSSI, Inc?

This is an ON SITE call center representative for a local college in Flint's information center.

We will need someone to be the front line/voice of the college when it comes to recruitment, retention and marketing.

Prior call center/receptionist experience is required.

Part time - 19 hours a week

Day shift

Pay - $17 an hour
