BlueSkye is seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support our BlueSkye operation in Alpharetta, GA. The Office Manager will play a crucial role by organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety; as well as supporting the day-to-day business of the company through various administrative, clerical and communication responsibilities as we strive to become the preferred automated solution provider for both existing and new clients. 

This exciting role is for an energetic professional who is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of wearing many hats while supporting an office of diverse people. The role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and to juggle multiple requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals. A good sense of humor is critical, as the ability to be flexible and to change direction at a moment’s notice. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, be able take effective action without having to know the total picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups.

  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Evaluate and process bills, invoices, and credit card transactions for all applicable office expenses
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage vendor relationships, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Organize orientation and training of new staff members 

Education and/or Experience 

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of successful experience in related field
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written skills
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem - solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce and SAP preferred
  • Decision making ability
  • Ability to deal with experienced, multidisciplinary, technical specialists
  • Experience providing customer service support
  • Comfortable working independently 
  • Willingness to work weekends or overtime if needed
  • Travel to corporate functions and industry events is to be expected
