CTG is seeking a remote Cerner Training Coordinator for a long-term legacy project as this large client is moving to Epic!
Project Duration:18 months initial
Project Location:Remote (CST)
Job Title:Cerner Training Coordinator Analyst
Description:Full-time (consulting position)

Responsibilities:
CTG is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to develop training content and materials
• Coordinate with clinical informaticists and systems analysts to identify upcoming changes to the health system’s applications that may impact the end user experience.
• Create and maintain training content using Captivate and Adobe
• Manage the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that training is uploaded and maintained appropriately
• Create new documentation as needed to support education
• Support the onsite rounding team as needed
After an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed primarily in a remote model with periodic trips to the client site as needed.
Required Skills:
• Experienced with managing content in the Cornerstone Learning Management System
• 3 years of experience creating training and educational content
• In depth knowledge of clinical workflows, including ED, OR, and Cath Lab
• Meet aggressive deadlines and handle complex projects
• Able to work effectively with interdisciplinary business units
