Job Title: Design Review Facilitation, Deployment Analyst

Location: Washington, DC

Contract Duration: 12 months

Overview:

• Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) as Design Review Facilitation.
• Facilitate technical design review sessions to bring multiple technical and business stakeholders together to determine solutions that meet requirements and can be implemented from a technical perspective. This includes logistics, action tracking, active facilitation of conversations, effective and efficient verbal and written communication, creating documents using Microsoft Office Suite with attention to detail, and producing executive level artifacts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of related professional work experience.
• Experience in the coordination, scheduling and identification of all long-term, mid-term, and near-term deployment activities.
• Experience in identifying scheduling and coordination issues.
• Experience coordinating with developers, testers, site staff, installation staff and others to ensure that schedules and expectations are completed in a timely manner
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline, or an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience in the VA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
