Location: Remote
Project Responsibilities:
- Ensures technical solution delivered meets the business goals of the client
- Primary interface to client / project stakeholders during build, UAT, and deployment
- Support business process consultant in requirements workshops
- Translates requirements into technical design for the solution
- Estimates stories in collaboration with delivery lead
- Leads sprint planning meetings
- Leads requirements grooming meetings
- Provides guidance and input to development team during technical standups
- Provides guidance and support to developers in implementing specific requirements
- Reviews and ensures the quality of the configurations / code developed, ensuring it conforms to ServiceNow best practices
- Coordinates with client technical teams for required integrations
- Ensures delivery leads to a minimum CSAT rating of 4.0
Practice Development Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of consistent delivery methods and processes
- Harvest / create deliverables templates for reuse
- Harvest / document common user stories to create a reusable library to accelerate delivery
- Provide performance feedback and guidance to project team members
- Pre-sales support
- Participate in client discovery meetings as requested
- Provide demos of key ServiceNow functionality as requested
- Support solutioning and SOW development for new opportunities
Required Skills:
- 10 years of professional experience, preferably with global / national consulting firms
- 4 years ServiceNow experience
- Experience leading 5 or more ServiceNow implementations (NOT supporting existing implementations)
- 2 or more current Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of key ServiceNow concepts, platform services, constructs, and technology including business rules, script includes, etc.
- This is not a hands-on coding position, but you should be familiar with and knowledgeable of ServiceNow scripting including javascript and AngularJS
- Knowledge of integration tools and methods including RestFul APIs, Integration hub, connectors and spokes.
