Document Processing Associate
Job Purpose:
Assist with managing regulatory documentation for multiple studies or projects. Develop skills to successfully and efficiently assess and process individual essential regulatory documents per CTI SOPs.
What You'll Do:
Organize, manage and maintain electronic trial documentation according to CTI SOPs or Sponsor SOPs/PSOPs
Process documents electronically by reviewing documents for deficiencies, resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents for resolution
Process documents for electronic filing by following document metadata entry requirements
Verify document electronic filing location by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data
Comply with governing SOPs and policies to maximize efficient, compliant and secure access to the eTMF for clinical studies
Maintain clinical trial documents by interacting with Clinical Operations study team members to resolve issues and inconsistencies
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma required
0-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, site, or CRO services
Associate’s Degree in allied health field such as nursing, pharmacy, or health science or the equivalent relevant experience preferred
