JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY:
The Marketing Associate focuses on day-to-day activities required to support the CTI Marketing Department, focusing on corporate communications and sales support. Working closely with senior team members, the Marketing Associate assists with projects and responsibilities across all communication and sales support mediums, including supporting additional corporate marketing initiatives as necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
With oversight:
o Assist with logistics associated with CTI exhibits, industry trade shows, and other corporate events, attending those events as needed
o Assist with drafting, editing, and tracking metrics on (where applicable) various pieces of communication, including but not limited to press releases, newsletters, website content, slide decks, and internal communications
o Assist with developing new marketing and sales tools
o Track status of projects and provide quarterly reports of metrics around marketing initiatives
Assist with additional marketing initiatives as directed

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 1 years of work experience in an office setting
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industries
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Working knowledge Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in event coordination
