Job Overview
Seeking a Highly motivated, dependable individual responsible for cycle counting standup forklift ,shipping and receiving products, ensuring product integrity, traceability and rotation. Unloading and loading trucks, assembling orders, receiving raw and packaging materials, movement of materials to and from storage locations (Freezer, Cooler and Dry Warehouse), cycle counting finished goods and raw materials. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklift, materials handling equipment and hand trucks (electric and manual)
- Perform pre-operational check of forklift or material handling equipment
- Operate handheld scanners
- Unload and Load Trucks and Trailers
- Cycle count finished goods, raw and packaging materials
- Accurately rotate stock
- Ensure all proper releases have been obtained from FSQ prior to loading/unloading product
- Responsible for completing the appropriate documentation for the position
- Deliver component materials to work areas
- Assemble customer order for shipment
- Receive raw and packaging materials from suppliers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to prescribed safety rules and regulations
- Perform duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse operational experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Some PC skills, inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Cycle Counting Exp.Operate Stand up and sit-down style forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
