Description
As a Sales Operations Analysts you are responsible for gathering and organizing data and generating a deeper customer insight in order to enhance the sales force’s productivity. You will handle and manage the workflow of the Company’s sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies to further the growth of the organization. Your primary responsibility is to forecast demand, gather and analyze information to determine production, allocation and quotas in order that the Company may maximize revenue through commitments, strategies, customer presentations, and marketing program support.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing and developing sales operations policies and procedures
• Working in the field with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining existing sales reports and design new reports as needed. Participates in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data.
• Acting as primary liaison on sales force automation projects/trends
• Keeping the sales force in check tactically
• Making sure everyday tasks are aligned with the company strategy
• Assist sales teams with operational tasks, such as data analysis and policy execution,
• Growing revenue and helping CTI gain / maintain competitive edge
• Influencing CTI and its customers through data analysis, market intelligence, and insightful information
• Proven experience of Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions, and other complex formulas
• Understanding demand forecasting, market analysis, strategy or operations
• Strong analytical and data management skills and ability to work through complex/ambiguous business scenarios to influence decision making
• Ability to solicit and listen to critical feedback to improve forecast, while simultaneously demonstrating confidence in numbers and analysis
• Ability to consistently deliver results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Conserve sales team’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
• Liaise with other departments, channelling information to the appropriate parties.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other reports
• Support all sales team needs and requests in a timely manner
• Update, maintain and manage data fields in HubSpot (CRM) software and our company proprietary database
• Cross-functional collaboration
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of creating opportunities
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activity
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM solutions
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Willingness to change to meet organizational needs
• Challenges established norms and make hard, but correct decisions
• Adapts to stressful situations
• 3-5 years of analyst administrative experience
• BA/BS Degree required
