Manufacturing Robotics Internship
(Summer)
CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures.

We are conveniently located in northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
Job Description
- Assist with the development of new robotic manufacturing processes.
- Determine best sequence of robot operations.
- Set up various communication protocols for operating robots.
- Configure and program robots for production of aerospace parts.
- Troubleshoot robot to ensure that parts are produced according to quality requirements.
- Share work knowledge and provide training for the robot operators.
- Participate in team problem solving, preventative/corrective action and on-going continuous improvements to
- Help in debugging robot specific problems.
- Work on assigned projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Must have a H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and sound decision making skills
