As an Account Manager, you will provide exceptional service and support to our clients throughout North America. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, ensuring the delivery of our solutions aligns with contractual agreements and industry trends. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and technical support resource to our partners and clients.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Master EVENTIM’s products & services to effectively support client needs.
- Support full-service clients with ticketing operations, such as setting up events, and managing promotions.
- Empower self-service clients by sharing best practices and providing strategic advice for ticketing operations.
- Provide responsive client support through a structured helpdesk, ensuring availability during specified hours.
- Offer first and second level technical support, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Generate and analyze detailed reports from the ticketing system to inform business decisions.
- Conduct proactive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and performance metrics, addressing any concerns in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of client contracts and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for your clients, fostering a trusted advisor relationship.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders about the progress of initiatives.
- Continuously assess and enhance the quality of ticketing services to meet business terms.
- Seek opportunities for growth and mentor team members.
YOUR KEY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of account management experience in ticketing or live entertainment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- A track record of client-centric problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
- Enthusiasm for live entertainment and ticketing, with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in box office operations or technology-based customer support is preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $82,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
