We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Business Analyst (Robotic Process Automation) to join our Decision Support team.
This job can be performed 100% remotely. Preference may be given to individuals residing in Colorado, but out of state applicants will also be considered.
The RPA Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between the RPA Development Team and our operational departments to transform existing business processes into high performing automations with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead information gathering sessions with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document current/future state business processes including impact to CU Medicine business.
Develop a clear understanding of business workflows and how data flows through the organization.
Create and maintain project documentation which includes process maps, business requirements, and technical specifications.
Prepare and direct solution requirements and PDD design (process design document).
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, which includes assessing and engaging subject matter experts in addressing potential gaps or risks.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the UiPath platform and industry advancements in automation.
Build system test scenarios and associated documentation.
Ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder requirement standards without negative impacts
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the business.
Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in business process analysis, process design and requirements definition. Relevant/equivalent job experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Prior work in a healthcare environment (specifically revenue cycle) is strongly preferred; experience with AthenaIDX is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess high competency in RPA concepts and methodologies, combined with exposure to UiPath or similar automation platforms (UiPath Automation Business Analyst Certification is a plus). Must demonstrate proficiency with MS Visio and process mapping. Previous experience drafting process design documents (PDD) is helpful. Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology experience is preferred. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to ensure project timelines are met. Exceptional communication skills combined with an analytical mindset is critical.
