Job Description
Customer Service Manager plans and manages the front end functions to promote sales, achieve profit margins and labor goals; ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and a safe and positive working environment for associates.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
1. Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates
2. Develops effective daily/weekly work plan based on weekly sales projections, budgeted labor goals and previous operating results
3. Supervises the front end functions to ensure positive customer relations and accurate, prompt checkout
4. Supervises the service desk functions
5. Monitors tracking and performance reports and takes appropriate action
6. Manages department personnel functions
7. Supervises department safety and sanitation programs
8. Performs as Manager on Duty supervising entire store as needed
9. Observes standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality
10. Follows all store and department policies and procedures
11. Performs other duties as assigned or delegated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.87 per hour
