Community Associate Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure that the assigned facility is running smoothly. Provide exceptional customer service and ability to communicate to managers any updates as needed. Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse, office, and community spaces.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service
o Professionally resolving member complaints.
o Communicate effectively with all Customers, Community Manager, and upper management.
o Prepare welcome packets, keys, and space manual for distribution to Customers at move-in.
o Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations to Customers based on Cubework Space Manual guidelines.
o Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment and build relations with Customers.
o Responsible for greeting, distributing promotional materials, and conducting site tours to prospective Customers.
Facility Maintenance
o Conduct daily site inspections check for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
o Input maintenance requests and follow-up.
o Maintain a schedule with our cleaning staff and submit a daily checklist.
o Keep reception area and all public areas organized.
Community Support
o Work with warehouse security to report and document suspicious activity.
o Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, dock staging.
o Conduct move-in/move-out procedures and unit inspections.
o Assist Customers during move-in and move-out.
o Direct driver pickups and deliveries.
o Mail and package sorting.
Administration
o Manage keycard activations and keycard log.
o Report inventory levels to manager for office supplies, breakroom supplies, and cleaning supplies.
o Update floor plans and Customer list.
Experience and Requirements
· HS Degree, College preferred
· Property Management experience preferred
· Hospitality Management experience a plus
· Customer service and operations experience
· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
· Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office
· AppFolio & Sketchup a plus'
