E-commerce Marketing Assistant
The Cui Liu Designs team is looking for a highly motivated, initiative-taking, critical thinking, analytical yet creative person who's seeking a career to join our growing E-commerce Department.
This E-commerce Marketing Assistant position must have at least 2 years of E-commerce experience. Preferable experience with Amazon Seller Central. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and has experience writing customer-facing content relevant and tailored to digital shopping. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to independently prioritize work. Exceptional analytical skills and organization to sift through high volumes of information. Proactive and able to switch gears quickly
This team member's will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
- Fulfilling E-commerce orders from multiple platforms
- Analyzing E-commerce sales data
- Send review request/thank you notes to customers
- Tracking inventory
- Projections – to evaluate reorders for new inventory for E-commerce
- Add/Edit products on online catalog
- Work on Infographics for new product ads
- Create Enhanced A Listings for new products
- Provide sales reports, analysis, and recommendations to management
- Run multiple advertisements on multiple platforms
- Research popular e-commerce products
- Work with customers on any questions/concerns regarding products they’ve purchased
- Work with customers on Returns/Replacement Parts
- Handle all customers complaints – Provide feedback to vendors to improve product quality
- Work with management on Product Pricing
- Diversify retail reach and explore direct consumer placement and sales
- Drive traffic to specific product listings and effectively convert buyers
- Analyze performance of products and identify market leaders
- Gather key learnings for new products and future sales channels
- Build a robust campaign that supports meeting target sales
- Use these products as a model for future consumer product Amazon Marketplace listings
- Gather key learnings in support of product placement on other online retail platforms
- Optimize product pages and keywords in preparation for building out ad campaigns
- Research and target competition to place listings as suggested products on their page
- Campaign management employing a data-driven strategy towards target sales
- Consistently analyze product listing performance, buyer conversion metrics and seller placement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27,500.00 - $29,500.00 per year
