Assistant Manager:
Culaccino Pizza and Pasta, a family-owned business, is looking for an assistant manager to perform responsibilities of the owners during their absence or in coordination with them. These duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
daily preparing and making food
rotating food to ensure freshest product is provided to our customers
ensuring all staff perform to our high-quality standards
ensuring all staff comply with the Employee Manual, Security and Sanitation Standards
focusing on all customers receiving high-quality food based on promised time.
receive and process food orders
delivering food when necessary
training employees
perform inventory
setting the standards of professional appearance through clean, well-kept company approved uniforms, neatly groomed, clean hair and general overall professional appearance
Qualifications:
Six months to one year related restaurant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
Must have math skills to accurately performing daily till reconciliation.
Must be able to multi-task and have good reasoning skills to prioritize activities in a manner to best serve Culaccino’s customers.
Must posses Food Handler’s Card, a valid Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance
