The Role
Partner with 15-20 small business owners at a time and help them scale through 1:1 advising. Work alongside these owners in a variety of capacities to create real, lasting change by partnering on the macro, micro & ‘roll up your sleeves’ type work.

Qualifications
- Full Time
- 10 years of business experience
- Owned a business that reached at least $500k in annual revenue and employed a minimum of 5 W2s
- Willing & comfortable to work remotely
- Tech forward & proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- High skill in coaching / leadership, easily introspective & strong at fostering relationships
- Willing & comfortable to prospect & sell business owners to support filling up your advising portfolio
- Fully Remote Position operating off of Zoom for client/ team engagement

Our sweet spot is business owners operating between $500k and $10M in revenue. We work with solopreneurs as well as thoroughly fleshed out teams with 50 employees. We pride ourselves on being industry agnostic. As a team, we have worked in over 180 industries, from home service to hospitality to creative agencies. And if there is one thing that our experience has taught us, small business owners don't need more industry knowledge; they need the core business skills to help them move the needle in their business.

One expectation of being an advisor is building out your book of business. We’ll teach you the skills and provide you with resources to help you bring in leads to build your book. We also have a sales and marketing team to help provide leads, but referrals are our number one lead source.

Advisor Growth Opportunities
Cultivate is rapidly growing. As you master the advisor role, know there is an opportunity to move up to lead a team of advisors as a Cohort Leader. All executives are eligible to buy in and become a partner in the business.

Compensation
- As a team of entrepreneurs, the compensation is structured to create unlimited upside as you build and manage your portfolio of small businesses.
- We provide a base salary of $75,000 to help you get started and provide a revenue share over specific tiers
- Majority of advisors earn monthly revenue shares in the range of $3,000 to $13,750 above and beyond their salary. This range is indicative upon client acquisition, retention and billable rates. You control your destiny.
- Total income potential of an advisor annually ranges between $105,000 to $240,000.
