Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities:
· Train, manage, and evaluate Network team of up to 20 employees.
· Assist Strategic Account Manager in preparing schedules.
· Plan and coordinate material and logistical needs.
· Track production to meet/beat labor goals.
· Oversee quality assurance and quality controls programs.
· Ensure all installations meet quality and code standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Experience running teams of 10 to 20 employees.
· 5 years as a Network Technician.
· Proficiency in installing communications conduit, cable tray, and pathway installations.
· Knowledge of network topology and network migrations.
· Maintains a communications credential – manufacturer specific or other.
· Proficient in creating installation layouts.
· Mastery level experience in planning material, tool, and logistical needs of a project.
· Operate an OTDR with proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Mastery level experience tracking, managing, and beating labor hours in bluebooks.
· Manage client relations while upholding company standards.
· Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
