Maintenance Manager
Description
Leads and executes the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of production equipment.
Works and leads teams in the maintenance organization.
Coaches line employees on basic maintenance procedures.
Works with Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.
Maintains spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system.
Contributes to equipment engineering design evaluations.
Leads preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
Ownership of maintenance processes for CMEP Blockline
Support Safety investigations and improvement projects
Downtime analysis and monthly KPI reporting.
Improve downtime tracking and develop new KPI reports as needed.
Lead Preventative and Predictive maintenance planning
Lead Shutdown project planning for the Blockline area. Work with maintenance, engineers, management, and contractors to develop andcommunicate plans.
Manage overtime scheduling and production coverage formaintenance team.
Manage work plans for 2 OESS technicians and 1 OCUmaintenance planner.
Lead Hiring process for Blockline maintenance personnel.
Lead Performance Management for Blockline Maintenancepersonnel.
Participate in Apprentice rotations and training reviews.
Identify departmental training needs and develop plans toincrease skillsets.
Coordinate outside contractor work for Blockline.
Support internal / external audits
Accommodateflexible work hours to support downtime repairs.
