- Process of New Leases and Paperwork Checklists
- Management Agreement Processing (New Property Management Accounts)
- Utility Management
- Processing and coordinating rental application processing
- Assisting with work order processing
- Assisting with client move-ins
- Any other tasks as assigned
Experience and/or Job Skills Required:
- Organizing and managing projects
