Manager

Cupcake A La Mode in Lee's Summit, MO is looking for one store manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Bake, decorate, and handle custom orders *Handle customer service, emails, phone calls, and store organization *Maintain a clean and organized kitchen *Handle quality control of products and services *Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded *Manage back of the house employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method *Schedule, supervise and train front and back of the house *Manage inventory and vendor services to maintain appropriate quantities and quality of product *Implement health and safety protocols

Qualifications

*Previous baking and pastry decorating experience *Previous restaurant management experience *High School Diploma or equivalent *Strong leadership skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.50 - $13.50/hour.

Since baking fresh daily and donating leftovers plays such a big part in their business model, Cupcake A La Mode will occasionally sell-out early.
