**Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Technician**
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IPM Technician to join our team. As an IPM Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our product by monitoring and managing pests and diseases.
**About the Role**
This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for daily monitoring and scouting of pests and diseases, maintaining up-to-date pesticide/preventative agent logs, and mixing and applying IPM products to plants.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and scout for pests and diseases on a daily basis
- Maintain up-to-date pesticide/preventative agent logs
- Mix and apply IPM products to plants
- Operate Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers
- Maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers
- Apply beneficial bugs to plants
- Coordinate scheduling of applications with IPM Supervisor
- Follow standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects
- Follow all safety protocols
- Uphold quality standards; conduct and document follow-up inspections
**Requirements**
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Be a team player
- Be friendly and optimistic
- Great time management, self-starter, and/or self-motivator
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to be on your feet or stay sitting for long periods of time
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
- Can withstand high room temperature averaging 70-75° and elevated humidity levels
- Can work in areas with higher-than-average CO2 levels
- Can work under intense, bright lights
- Exposure to possible allergens, irritants (organic and chemical), and loud noises
