Curant Health is searching for a US Market Lead to join its team in Smyrna, GA. This position is a field sales management level position which is primarily responsible for both continuous growth and expansion across the identified market segments. The US Market Lead will represent Curant Health internally and externally as the lead for the identified market segments by actively selling medication management and care management programs. The US Market Lead will be responsible for strategic and tactical goals for each identified market segment.
- Represents Curant Health internally and externally as the Lead for identified market segments including complete channel oversight (point of sale to point of service).
- Actively positions and sells medication management and care management programs.
- The NAM will attend various conferences and seminars as necessary to promote Curant Health and continue overall education regarding our programs.
- Develops, implements, measures and continuously assesses channel management business plan including all aligned market segments in accordance with overall company and commercial business plans.
- General execution of training, development and administrative goals in support of organizational and market segment goals.
- Utilize the appropriate systems and/or reporting mechanisms (EX: salesforce.com and Pioneer) to oversee proper role and remit delivery within the Account Journey.
- Create agendas for and present at CSP and CFW meetings and/or Quarterly Business Reviews as deemed necessary and appropriate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
- 10 years combined related sales experience with experience training, managing or leading others preferred.
- 80% travel required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Time management /multi-tasking skills – must be able to work at an extremely fast pace and manage multiple projects
