Team Manager
Overview:
The Curative Testing Program is rolling out the distribution of COVID-19 tests at mobile and fixed sites across the country. The Team Manager supervises and oversees all people practices for Curatives NextGen testing and mobile sites. The Team Manager is responsible for supervising the work, monitoring and motivating performance, and facilitating a collaborative team environment. The Team Manager is the first point of contact for all Site Specialists, Van Drivers, and Site Leads needing any HR administrative assistance at the physical site and may include Management of over multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates staffing concerns, no shows, and performance issues in real time
- Provides guidance in employee relations issues with Regional Lead and Regional HR
- Will be in charge of scheduling team members
- Will be timecard approver for team members
- Conducts document verification for onboarding of all new staff members
- Answers all pay, reimbursement, and compensation issues with guidance from HR
- Ensures all training requirements are met
- Communicates and training or IT concerns to regional HR Generalist
- Works hand in hand with Site Leads on successful launch and daily operation of
- NextGen and mobile Curative sites
- Reports directly to a Field OPS Manager determined by the Region Lead
- Provides quality control and supervisory oversight of all Curative sites assigned
- Proficient with DriveThru and the Curative Scheduler software
- Manage Drivethru site scheduling, appointment slots, and testing sites
- Conducts training for new or onboarding staff
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. Degree
- 1-3 years of previous management experience
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience with employee onboarding
- Multitasker and Detail Oriented
- HR Administrative/Coordinator experience a plus
- Knowledge of state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct limited local travel (reimbursable) moving from site to site Scheduling
Experience
- Organized and reliable
- Willing to travel to regional clinics at times
- Tech savvy (tools used: Apple and PC laptops, barcode scanners, Slack, Google Drive, Notion etc.)
- Good overall health: able to stand for 2-hour intervals and lift 20 pounds
- Willing, if needed, to be tested for COVID-19
- Comfortable wearing PPE (mask, gloves, goggles, coveralls)
