What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Site Lead in Channelview, TX position at Curative Inc.?
Curative is currently focused on COVID-19 diagnostic testing at mobile and fixed sites across the country. The Site Lead will manage a designated testing site, with support from various staff members within the company. Responsibilities:
- Manage Field Operations Specialists at a particular testing site
- Supervise the team, including scheduling and documenting performance
- Answering and handling patient information (HIPPA)
- Ensure proper wear of PPE for employees
- Manage accountability and inventory of test kits to ensure on-time deliveries
- Work with the recruiting team, Training Managers and HR to schedule testing and training for new employees
- Track and report key data points to Field Ops Manager at various locations throughout the region
- Troubleshoot multiple issues as they arise & work on finding more efficient solutions
- Maintain, clean and sometimes drive van to daily location (van operations only)
- Conduct training of testing site staff on how to use Curative Inc. test kits and software (alongside assistance of the Training Team)
- Conducts customer service training & proper wear of PPE to new employees
- Ensure test sites have all test kits and PPE equipment to run operations
- Manage accountability and inventory of test kits to ensure on-time deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- AA or Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Required to work 8 hour shifts, and overtime when needed
- Needs to be able to drive if needed (van operations)
- Needs to have open availability
- Excel, Microsoft, computer savvy
- Previous management experience preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience conducting training to at least 10 employees.
- Must have good credit (company credit card is provided for travel (van operations)
- Must not have any work restrictions (This position can be required to work weekends as required)
