What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ongoing Addiction Medicine Assignment - AL position at Curative?

Schedule Details:
- Initial 6-month commitment with an ongoing need
- Flexible schedule of 16-20 hours per week, but will ramp up as the clinic expands
- Choose your work days and hours (6 or 8-hour days)
- No call or nights are required
Practice Setting:
- Support staff consists of 2 RNs, 1 MA, and front office staff
- Approximately 12 PPD
- Treat adults (aged 20 )
Cases and Procedures:
- Cases include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) - such as methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone, medically supervised withdrawal, medical exams, convenient outpatient services, and referrals
- No procedures performed
Qualifications:
- Board-certified Addiction Medicine Physician with a DEA certification
- Enrolled with Alabama Medicaid, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna
